About
Software that respects how Singapore tutors actually work
TutorDesk started from a simple observation: freelance private tutors spend too much time on admin, chasing PayNow transfers on WhatsApp, resending Drive links, and reconciling spreadsheets at month-end, and too little time teaching.
We built one dashboard for the solo operator: students, recurring lessons, PayNow invoices with QR codes, a private parent portal, materials sharing, and income records that make tax season less painful. Free to start, because getting organised should not cost money before you have earned it.
Three decisions the rest of it follows from
- 01
Singapore-first, not localised later
PayNow SGQR, PSLE to A-Level exam dates, MOE holidays, and IRAS-friendly CSV exports. Not generic US tutoring software with PayNow bolted on afterwards.
- 02
Parents pay you, not us
We track tuition; we never hold funds or charge transaction fees. Parents PayNow your phone or UEN directly, and TutorDesk keeps the records straight.
- 03
One tutor, one workspace
No agency payroll, no classroom booking, no commission splits. That is the way most private educators here actually work, and the only shape we build for.
Who it is for
Freelance private tutors teaching Primary through A-Level in Singapore, not tuition centres or multi-tutor agencies. If you run your practice from your phone and a notebook, this is for you.
