- Are there credit card transaction fees?
- No. Because TutorDesk is PayNow-native, your clients transfer money directly to your PayNow Mobile/UEN or bank account. We do not process the card payment, meaning you pay 0% card fees and $0 transaction fees.
- What happens when I cross the 5-student limit?
- Your existing students will remain fully operational. You will simply be prompted to upgrade to Pro if you attempt to create a 6th active student profile.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing settings tab. There are no locking contracts.
